Trade with confidence.
A useful marketplace needs more than listings. These are the baseline safety rules for buying, selling, meeting, messaging, and reporting problems on Yaska.
Protect your account
Never send another person your password, one-time sign-in code, recovery code, or payment-account credentials. Yaska support should not need your password to help with an account.
Keep conversations useful
Use marketplace chat for questions about the item, price, pickup, shipping, and transaction details. Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, spam, impersonation, and attempts to obtain private account credentials are not allowed.
Local transactions
Before paying, confirm that the item and its condition match the listing. For local pickup, choose an appropriate meeting arrangement and avoid sharing more home-location information than the transaction requires.
Prohibited items
Yaska blocks categories that create serious legal or safety risks, including illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit goods, weapons and explosives, recreational drugs, nicotine products, alcohol, pornography, unsafe or restricted medicines, and other regulated items that the marketplace does not support.
Something looks wrong?
Do not continue a transaction that appears fraudulent or unsafe. Save the relevant listing or conversation and contact Yaska through Help & Contact. Reporting and blocking controls will continue to be expanded as the marketplace grows.
