These terms set the basic rules for using Yaska Marketplace, including accounts, listings, messaging, and transactions arranged between users.
Using Yaska
You may use Yaska only in a lawful way and only if you are legally able to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Listings and seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing what they offer, including condition, price, ownership, and any material limitations. AI-generated titles, descriptions, categories, identification, and price suggestions are assistance tools. The seller must review the listing before publishing it.
Buyer and seller transactions
Unless Yaska later provides a specifically identified checkout or payment service, Yaska Marketplace connects buyers and sellers but is not the buyer, seller, owner, shipper, or guarantor of an item. Users are responsible for agreeing on payment, pickup, shipping, returns, and other transaction details.
Prohibited use
Do not list unlawful, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, age-restricted, or otherwise prohibited items. Do not use Yaska for fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, scraping private account data, or attempts to compromise another user or the service. Yaska may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
Messages and user content
You keep responsibility for the content you submit. You give Yaska permission to host, display, process, resize, analyze, and transmit that content as needed to operate the marketplace and its AI-assisted features.
Availability and estimates
Marketplace availability, AI identification, resale estimates, pricing suggestions, search results, and other automated outputs can be incomplete or wrong. They are not guarantees of authenticity, value, sale price, profit, or transaction outcome.
Changes and support
Features and these terms may change as Yaska develops. Material updates should be reflected by an updated date or version. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Help & Contact page.
